Hands down the best customer service in the world! Even though it took almost three hours, it was well worth the wait to have my stuff moved to a new laptop and have everything basically set up for me. 10/10 recommend seeing them about any computer maintenance. They are so sweet and helpful, I will definitely be coming to them if anything is wrong with my new computer.

Truly amazing service. I am a new student and believed I had a problem that would take hundreds of dollars to fix. Mr. Richard fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I met the owner and many of the staff that were kind and care about customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck. If you need something repaired, don't wast your time with anyone else.

Starkville Computers goes above and beyond with their customer service. I desperately needed a specific cable, and despite being the only place in a 50 mile radius with what I needed, Starkville Computers gave me an incredible deal on this essential item. This is my second time going to Starkville Computers and they are awesome. They did some troubleshooting on my laptop that kept crashing and found a solution. I dropped my laptop off before closing on Wednesday and it was ready by early afternoon Thursday. I highly recommend going to them, they are great at explaining what is going on and are very reasonably priced as well as extremely friendly.

I had Starkville computers transfer my data and settings from my 15 year old laptop to a new one. It’s perfect. The only difference in how it feels is the new one is lightening fast. Everything set up exactly the same. I took them to the in the morning and I told them I would pick it up tomorrow if it’s done. I got a call later that afternoon to let me know I can come and pick it up.

Caleb was incredibly helpful when my laptop suddenly stopped working and I thought I had lost all of my school files. He spent a lot of time helping me recover everything, transferred my old drive into a new computer, and made sure all of my work was there. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t even charge me a service fee for all the extra help. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend! :)
